This study investigates the causes and consequences of employee hatred towards managers in executive organizations in Semnan Province. The main objective is to identify the factors that lead to these negative feelings among employees. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 30 employees from executive organizations in Semnan Province, and thematic analysis was used to identify five main themes. The identified themes include managerial and communication challenges, job stress and pressure, lack of proper decision-making processes and participation, lack of career advancement and training, and the lack of support and employee mental health. In the quantitative section, 20 employees responded to a questionnaire, and the identified causes were ranked based on their relative weights. The results indicated that managerial and communication challenges ranked first. This study also addresses the consequences of employee hatred, including reduced productivity, increased absenteeism, and turnover rates. The study suggests solutions such as improving transparency in decision-making, increasing employee participation, and focusing on employee mental health, which can lead to better managerial relationships, reduced stress, and increased motivation and productivity. Additionally, attention to resource limitations and resistance to change are key challenges in implementing these solutions.
