Good conduct (Hosne Soluk) is one of the fundamental ethical and mystical concepts that, although applied in various domains, the definitions provided for it are often scattered, focused on only some of its dimensions, and lacking theoretical coherence. The aim of this research is to comprehensively analyze and clarify the concept of "good conduct(hosne soluk)" as well as to identify its characteristics, antecedents, and consequences. In terms of methodology, Rodgers' evolutionary concept analysis approach was used in this study. This approach is a nonlinear, iterative, and flexible method based on an inductive process, through which raw data were collected and analyzed. The relevant texts were identified using the keyword "good conduct" from reputable databases. After selecting the data sources, data collection and analysis (using Elo and Kyngäs content analysis) were performed, and information related to the characteristics, antecedents, and consequences of the concept was summarized and coded. The findings indicate that "good conduct" is a multidimensional and dynamic concept that includes characteristics such as agency and prudence, politeness and courtesy, gentleness and tolerance, fairness, adaptability and coherence-building, empathy, honesty, and responsibility. Its antecedents include knowledge and awareness, religious and ethical values and beliefs, family and social upbringing, social experiences, goal orientation, and cultural and social environment. Its consequences encompass individual dimensions (personal transcendence, improved relationships, social credibility) and social dimensions (social solidarity and cohesion, increased public trust, and enhancement of social capital and governance legitimacy). Finally, a comprehensive proposed definition of good conduct and its conceptual model were presented.
