This research was based on the interpretive paradigm and qualitative methodology, and was conducted using thematic analysis. The sample of this study consisted of 15 faculty members from Payame Noor University, who were selected using purposive sampling. The data collection tool in this study was semi-structured in- depth interviews. The interview transcripts were reviewed and analyzed using qualitative content analysis and thematic analysis. From a total of 12 interviews and their analysis, 56 basic themes, 29 organizing themes, and 4 global themes (Systemic Support, Technological Support, Supportive-Supervisory Support, and Situational- Contingent Support) were identified from the learning process. These themes are based on the creative learning process of Payame Noor University students. Furthermore, the findings of this research highlight the importance and impact of the identified themes on the creative learning process of Payame Noor University students.
