چکیده English

With the technological revolution and the electronic transformation of organizational processes, this research aims to create a comprehensive framework of essential skills for organizational leaders in the electronic age and to prioritize these skills. This applied research uses a mixed-method approach and a meta-synthesis method, based on Sandelowski and Barroso's seven-step process. After an initial review of 243 articles, 38 were included in the meta-synthesis to identify essential skills for leaders in the electronic age. The Shannon entropy method was then used to determine the importance of each skill. The final framework included 3 categories, 12 concepts, and 29 codes. The categories comprised convergence skills, active leadership in digital enviroment, and technology skills. The concepts included electronic communication, communication network management, team building, emotion management, coaching, trust building, agile decision-making, diversity management, cognitive, digital, data analysis, and change management skills. The combination and ranking of the identified skills indicate the necessity of simultaneously focusing on various human and managerial skills alongside technological and technical skills. The high importance of relationship development skills highlights the leaders need to communicate with diverse individuals and stakeholders inside and outside the organization, often with conflicting intrests, and to maximize the quality of communication networks.
