تجربیات رهبران تحول‌آفرین با گرایش کارآفرینی و عملکرد نوآورانه در الکترونیکی‌کردن گمرک(با رویکرد پدیدارشناسی توصیفی کلایزی)

چکیده
 
سازمان­ها برای رویارویی با محیط دگرگون خود نیازمند انعطاف­پذیری در عملکرد و گرایش کارآفرینی برای عملکرد نوآورانه باتوجه‌به رهبری تحول­آفرین هستند. هدف پژوهش حاضر، درک تجربیات رهبران تحول­آفرینی است که با گرایش کارآفرینی، گمرک را الکترونیک کرده­اند. سؤال پژوهش  با عنوان " رهبران در طی فرایند الکترونیکی‌کردن گمرک، چه تجاربی کسب کرده­اند؟" شکل گرفت. جامعه مورد مطالعه، مدیران و رهبرانی هستند که از سال 1393 تا 1396 گمرک را الکترونیک کرده و تجربیات خود را بیان و توصیف می­کنند. برای انتخاب افراد از نمونه­گیری مبتنی‌بر هدف استفاده شد. (4 مدیر اجرایی و 4 مدیر ستادی) سپس داده­های موردنیاز با مصاحبه انفرادی نیمه‌ساختارمند (30 تا 50 دقیقه) در محدوده­ زمانی 15/11/1395 تا 15/2/1396 جمع­آوری شد. یافته­های پژوهش با استفاده از روش تحلیل کلایزی، در هفت مفهوم اساسی طبقه‌بندی شد. این مفاهیم عبارتند از: رهبری (انگیزه الهام‌بخش، ترغیب ذهنی، ملاحظات فردی)؛ نوآوری (نوآوری فرایند و محصول، نوآوری فنی و اجرایی) و گرایش کارآفرینی (پیشگامی و رویکرد تهاجمی). نتایج پژوهش، نشان‌دهندۀ آن است که رهبری تحول­گرا تأثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری برگرایش کارآفرینی کارکنان در اجرای گمرک الکترونیک دارد. ازطرف‌دیگر، می­توان گفت گرایش به کارآفرینی تأثیری مثبت بر عملکرد نوآورانه در گمرک الکترونیک دارد.

چکیده English

Organizations need to be flexible in their performance and entrepreneurial orientation for innovative performance with respect to transformational leadership in response to their changing environments. The purpose of the present research is to understand the experiences of transformational leaders who have make the customs electronic by their entrepreneurial orientation. The research question is “What experiences have leaders gained during making the customs electronic?” research population is managers and leaders who make the customs electronic from 1393 to 1396 and describe their experiences. Purposeful sampling method was used to select individuals. (4 executive directors and 4 staff directors), then the required data were collected by semi-structured individual interviews (30 to 50 minutes) from 1395/11 to 15/2/1396. The research findings were categorized in seven basic concepts using Colaizzi analysis method. These concepts are: Leadership: (inspirational motivation, mental persuasion, individual considerations), Innovation (process and product innovation, technical and executive innovation) and entrepreneurial attitude (leading and aggressive approach). The results of the study show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee entrepreneurship in implementing electronic customs. On the other hand, entrepreneurial orientation has a positive effect on the innovative performance of electronic customs.
