Meaningful work has been noted as one of the valuable job outcomes that affects on organizational behaviors of employees. It is increasingly studied and examined for the purpose of understanding phenomena related to employees’ behaviors in workplace. There are many antecedents and consequences that affect on meaningfulness of work and its experience. Explaining these factors and their relationships can enhance managers understanding of workplace situation and help them increasing productivity. In this study factors affecting on meaningfulness of work were identified and extracted using structured analysis of literature and then ranked through interpretive structural modelling approach and their various levels and their key factors relationship model were determined. The results showed that these factors have five levels. Job commitment, serving others and job affiliation are the main causes, and organizational values and goals are the main effects.
