تاثیر اعتماد بر عملکرد شرکت‌های خانوادگی

چکیده
اعتماد در درون هر سازمان، باعث شکل‌گیری روابط خاصی می‌شود که این روابط منجر به تغییر در عملکرد سازمان می‌گردد. شرکت‌های خانوادگی، نوعی از سازمان‌ها هستند که به‌دلیل ویژگی‌های خاص آن، شکل‌گیری اعتماد و این روابط در آن بهتر شکل می‌گیرد. این مقاله با توجه به نظریه‌های موجود در این زمینه، سازوکار این تأثیر اعتماد بر شرکتهای خانوادگی را بررسی می‌کند. روش پژوهش، پیمایش و ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه است. جامعۀ آماری تحقیق، شهرک سلیمان صباحی در شهرستان آران و بیدگل است که شرکت‌های آن به تولید فرش مشغولند. در هر شرکت 3 پرسشنامۀ کارگری و 1 پرسشنامۀ مربوط به صاحب شرکت، توزیع و در مجموع 163 شرکت خانوادگی بررسی شد. تحلیل مدل اندازه‌گیری و ساختاری توسط نرم‌افزار آموس انجام شد. نتایج، نشان می‌دهد که متغیر‌های تحقیق، 51 درصد از واریانس متغیر عملکرد شرکت را تبیین می‌کنند. آزمون‌های برازندگی نیز تطابق مدل نظری با داده‌های تجربی را تأیید کردند.

The Effect of Trust in the Performance of Family Businesses

چکیده English

Because family business relationships go well beyond the workplace, issues of trust among family members in business together are critical. Trust causes special relationship development within organizations that these relationships are effecting on organizational performance. Family businesses as organizations develop trust and these special relationships better and faster than other types of businesses. This article considering theories in this field and investigates its mechanism. The research uses survey methods. Research census is family firms in Soleyman Sabahi Industrial City Town. According to poll, all active family firms were interviewed. 3 laborer questionnaires and 1 firm owner questionnaire were distributed in each firm. Totally, 163 family firms were investigated. Structural model and measurement model were analyzed by AMOS software. The research results rate of firm performance explanation in family firms is 51 percent. Measures of goodness of fit confirm consistency between observed values and the values expected under the model in question.
