The Scientific Journal of Organizational Behavior Studies has been published regularly every three months since the spring of 2012 by the Scientific Association for Organizational Behavior Management, with the license of the Press Supervisory Board of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance under number 22883 and the publication license under registration number 6386/91 dated 03/03/1391. This quarterly journal covers the latest scientific findings related to the field of organizational behavior management, and its goal is to improve the scientific level of researchers and specialists in the field of management and to familiarize organizational experts with the latest achievements and scientific findings related to the field of organizational behavior.
The Scientific Association for Organizational Behavior Management, with the mission of creating discourse, promoting the status and deepening Islamic and indigenous studies in the field of organizational behavior management, has taken the initiative to publish the quarterly journal of Organizational Behavior Studies to create an opportunity for a link between the scientific field and the country's management and leadership system and to help strengthen and improve the level of organizational behavior knowledge of senior managers and researchers with a fresh perspective. This scientific journal, edited by Dr. Shams-Sadat Zahedi, was granted a license by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology and has now achieved a “B” rating in the 2019 evaluation based on the regulations of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology for scientific publications.
